Well, I wanted to get a bit of practice in with Acrylics, since I've pretty much decided it's time to start using them in my normal work. I also need to work on backgrounds a lot. So I decided to start simple and do what I always do when I wanna practice something easy... a tree! Figured I'd start where I know so I don't have to guess both what to do and how to do it.
Actually quick pleased with the outcome of this. For having done it on a relatively small area, around four by six inches I'd guess, it kinda looks pretty good. At least, from a foot or two away it does... x3 The colours are what I'm most pleased with though. It's not perfect, but I'm pleased.
If you have any ideas for simple background stuffs I can try, feel free to bring them up... I promise nothing, but a bit of inspiration could help out right about now.
Anyway, my apologies for the completely clean and not at all furry work. I promise I won't make this a habit, next one will at least have a fur in it somewhere. x3

We'll see how it goes. I'll try and slip a background into my pictures now and then... I'm just trying to figure out what I want to do. I'd love to be able to slip extremely simple background quickly into pictures so I don't have to always leave the background plain, but I tend to go overboard on details x3

I must say, as much as I like the porn (and I do like the porn ;3) I really enjoy seeing this sort of thing, especially from you. I personally wouldn't mind a great deal if you made this a habit, because I love to see your wider talents, and not just furry nudity :3 In addition, with furries, there's only so much you can do. With this sorta thing, you have almost limitless options, y'know?
What I would /really/ like to see are some pictures like this one, of amazing scenery and such, with a (preferably 'clean') furry in them, but where the character is not the focus, just part of the picture. I think if you could pull off that sort of thing, it could look phenomenal. Plus, it'd allow you to develop multiple arty skills at once!
But keep drawing porn as well ^^

I dunno, landscapes are interesting and all, but they're sorta just... there. They don't do a ton for me. x3 I also tend to see that sorta stuff every day... it's not really a missing factor in my life. Close human contact is, however, so I tend to be more interested in drawing that sorta thing. x3
I've thought of doing a picture or two where the characters in the picture aren't really the focus, but I dunno, I just find drawing the furs themselves a lot more interesting, usually. I'm pretty narrow minded, artistically :P
