....Yeah, its been a while, I might be a bit rusty :B
~ Garlic focaccia bread, toasted
~ Pesto sauce
~ Prosciutto
~ Thick slices of fresh tomato
~ sliced mozzarella
I served this as is, though if you have a panini grill (or, just use another pan to press down the sandwich on a heated pan) you can certainly toast it that way as well!
