Back to the grind again, working on new DragonQuest chapter and new issue of BNW.

This issue will have only two stories, a 20 pager story with Debra Donkey and shorter 9 pager with an old character I haven't used in years, Barb Caster (a green-thumbed beaver). This is just a little panel from the story, where you can see I made her plumper and bustier than the older version of her (not to mention I got rid of the stupid touque--what was I thinking back when?). This story also involves a hat, but that's all I'll say...

Both stories have been sitting in my desk waiting to be told. This one I scribbled the story out while I was working on a failed commission a while back after dusting off a bunch of old characters for it (the commissioner ended up bowing out at the last minute citing loss of his job, leaving me stuck with a $120 commission). Well, at least I got the story idea out of it.
