Similar to Flash and Quicksilver, every superhero teams needs someone with super speed. So, I've made one based off of my sister, who used to run track back in high school, and named her Missy Zippy (get it?). She's another of Princess Tech's friends who also seems to work for Heroes, Ltd., and her personality is like Rainbow Dash's (albeit less egotistical), being athletic and striving to be the very best.

Likes: Sports, track and field events, spending time with her friends and family, being an inspiration to other aspiring athletes, physical fitness, dogs (which explains why she gets along with She-Wolf so well), helping her fellow Heroes, Ltd. employees in any way she can, and action movies

Dislikes: Tripping on things, burning out her sneakers while running (which is why she uses a special pair that won't burn out), people who don't like to exercise, being used as a dummy for Miss Hairly's fashion projects, anything with gluten in it, grunge music, and spiders

Powers & Abilities:
Missy Zippy has super speed, able to run extremely fast in very little time. She can go from 0 to 800 mph in under 0.013 seconds, and could even run from New York to Los Angeles and back again within the blink of an eye. She can even use her super speed to create mini vortexes to suck up criminals, and she can use said vortexes to travel upwards. She moves so fast, she even turns invisible for a brief time.

Bio:
Throughout her life, Lindsay Owens has always viewed herself as pretty athletic, as she was naturally very fast, nimble, and flexible for a girl her age. Her parents would often sign her up for track and field events in school, and she would come out on top in each event. The one event Lindsay excelled at was running, and would often come in first place each time she participated. However, one day when she was competing in a track race, there was a coming thunderstorm, and the race was postponed to the following day. As Lindsay was running to find shelter from the storm, she was struck by a bolt of lightning. When she woke up in the hospital, it was revealed that the lightning strike has increased her metabolism, and when she got out, she discovered that she developed super speed.
Upon her discovery of her new powers, Lindsay believed she had an advantage over everyone else in the track and field events at school, but her parents frowned upon it, believing that using super speed in a race is considered cheating. So, they kept her from competing in any more events to make sure the other competitors didn't feel cheated out of a fair race. While it did humble her over the years, she still longed for a return to racing, and wanted to find some way to control her super speed so she wouldn't be seen as a cheater. So, after graduating from middle school, she saw a want ad for a Heroes, Ltd. summer internship, and she raced over to the main building to apply. American Eagle went over her story, and after hearing how she wanted to control her super speed, he decided to have her go through rigorous training to control it.
Lindsay went to American Eagle's friend, Arrowhead, and he began to train her on controlling her super speed. She stumbled through her training, but by the end of the summer, Lindsay was able to keep her super speed under control, and she could now turn invisible whenever she used it, as well as creating mini vortexes with it. American Eagle and Arrowhead were impressed by her training, and told her to come and work for Heroes, Ltd. once she finished her education. Lindsay agreed, and her parents decided to sign her up for the high school track team once they learned about how she was able to control her super speed. Lindsay became a star on the track team, and she even made three new friends at high school, Tara Marie Lincoln, Hannah Samui, and Rachel Harrison.
The four of them became very close friends, and would often hang out together. One day, while they were hanging out at the mall after school, they saw the founding members of Heroes, Ltd. fighting with Brother Grimskull and his henchmen, and Lindsay decided to become her new superhero persona, Missy Zippy to help them out. She was afraid that she revealed her powers to her new friends, but it turns out that her friends had superhero personas of their own, and they also had training from Heroes, Ltd. employees as well. So, the four of them decided to use their abilities to help the other heroes defeat Brother Grimskull and his men, and American Eagle was so grateful for their help, he offered them full internships at the company. Since then, Missy Zippy became a young, aspiring hero who's always looking to help out the other heroes when need be.

-Is a superb team player when the cards are in her favor
-Tries her best to play fair, and not resort to cheating
-Uses her vortexes to give her a bird's eye view of her surroundings

Weaknesses:
-Tends to boast about her accomplishments at times
-Despite being pretty smart, she has a hard time memorizing most facts
-Because of high metabolism, she gets hungry fast
-Has a hard time slowing down once she starts running
-While running, the tendency to trip over something increases
-Often gets guilt-tripped into using her speed to show off
-Has a tendency to rush in without a plan
