The tattoo is a little devil that I designed by myself and got tattooed. I think there is a better picture of it in my gallery :)

Yeah, I was very thin before I started with the medicine. But the medicine has helped me to gain weight, but still a sleek belly and you can still see my abs :P

Luckily this photo is 2 months old now, I will take a better one when thin around my belly part. There is not so much gym now, when I just got my own first apartment, 3 rooms and kitchen, yehaa :)
