Okay, so there's like this one teensy upside to losing your hands and having your whole species/gender identity scrambled. It's only something humanity has dreamt of since time immemorial - and since you can't exactly drive anymore, you might as well take advantage of it, right? Only thing is, you're not the only one up there in the wild blue yonder; well, at least the kooks you're sharing the skies with are a neighborly bunch...

Princess definitely agrees with flight being an upside. It's a shame she can't take advantage of it often while on Earth, since it would clash with her illusion spell making her look like a dog. She spread her wings and let out a little flame ONE time, and she's still dealing with "hellhound" rumors from her disguise partially failing. Guess that's what she gets for threatening a religious nutjob. ^.^;;
There was also the takeoff that kicked up a cloud of dust, making someone think a dog somehow used a ninja smoke bomb or something to disappear.

Kind of the same for Princess, when she's on Terra? Dragons are a known thing, even if most don't get to see one up close. It's just the "permanently turning into one" that's new. Or "being able to talk". Fewer questions if she just pretends to be an obedient pet, if you don't count the "Why do I actually kinda like this?" she tries hard to not ask herself. ^_^;;
On Earth, though, that's a different story. But the illusion spell can't really make her appear human. At least, not a human on two legs. So she goes with dog. Just... a weird dog, with slitted pupils, that doesn't quite have the body language of a dog. But she made it work long enough to get reunited with Master, at least, and they're working on a way back home. Where there will probably be a lot of questions waiting for the two of them...
