almost all of fall and spring and a little at the start and end of winter and summer, the middle of winter it's usually just overcast and in the middle of the summer the skies are blue like... well the sky is in other parts of the world. I hate summer...

I have always loved the rain. It's so comforting. The sound, the smell. But a blue sky here either means 100 degrees of below 50.
