I am on the BIGGEST Neopets kick right now since I've been trading NC items and just saving up to try and finish up my pet's designs so I decided to draw a fancharacter of my favorite races in Neopets, the Faeries! Not the color, the actual faerie characters like Jhudora, Illusen, Fyora, etc. And, of course, loving cosmic horrors and the unknown(plus I couldn't just choose ONE element, they're all too cool to pick one! XD) I decided that Xaeris is a faerie of the void. She's a strange creature that crash landed on Neopia centuries ago and stayed dormant until Faerieland crashed to the ground, breaking the meteor that was just lying dormant underground and awakening something.

When Xaeris came to the surface the first thing she seen was Fyora and all her glory. So she mimicked a faerie as best as she could and wandered into faerieland, stumbling onto other faeries that took a liking to her and welcomed her with open arms. Xaeris doesn't really know what she actually is or where she came from, she was asleep for so long she kinda just forgot! But she's at least happy chillin with the other faeries and wandering Neopia for fun and help out.

Also, tentacle hair! ♥

Fun fact, her wings were inspired by the faerie hissi's design. I couldn't choose which one I liked more as I was looking at faerie characters, so I looked at the actual pet colors and liked the feathery one lol.
