Another of the eleven interior illustrations I did for Kyell Gold's newest book, Isolation Play, which is a sequel to Out of Position. The book will debut next weekend at FurtherConfusion (I've seen both the soft and hard cover editions and they are awesome!) Aaand if you can't get it at the convention, you can always get it online from Sofawolf Press later on. ;]

This one, and a couple other of the original illustrations, will be for sale in the FC artshow.

The characters are grwat, but I love the work you put into the rest of the picture. The lettering on the window, the remains of their meals, the condiments and such on the table... It adds a level of "realism" to your work that I love.

But for real, great piece as usual. I love how you did the scenery in the back. It looks great and doesn't take the focus away from the rest of the picture.

Despite the browns and subdued hues, this image really pops out! Maybe it's the outlines, all I know is you make casual, everyday scenes look very artistic and gorgeous.

I would love to have a set of those drinking pictures you made. I would love to frame them and hang them in my kitchen. I think 10 x 12 or eight by tens with frames and mats would match my French: Polynesia theme. I love the way you portray food and fun.

Lovely piece! And they're both wearing clothes and not yiffing each other to death! Just kidding! Really, it's a nice intimate scene, beautiful eyes and expressions as always. A RESTAURANT THAT ALLOWS SMOKING? I didn't think any of those still existed.
