Well, as awful as the character's personality was, he was one of the better creature designs I've seen.

Actually, I have to agree. I thought his color schemes were rather pleasing to the eyes.

If he had been written better in personality, he might've actually been pretty dang likable.

well this may be old post but his personality was ok just get rid of his clumsiness think country bumkin going to the city and maybe give him bit mor emeat on bones so not anorexic looking. the clonewars CGI version of him is far far worse.

I think it was more that he wasn't the right sort of character for a number of scenes...or perhaps the movie as whole.

Jar Jar would be awesome in something more light-hearted though.

I honestly do not see why people hate JarJar so much. Then again I think the whole Star Wars series is retarded, so I generally just focus on the characters' appearances.

Which is why General Grevous is my husbando.
