MALAKAS Project - Dylan Dalmatian

Description:
Dylan Dalmatian was the one of the two eldest siblings (alongside his half-sister Dolly) looking over the other 97 younger siblings living in London, the capital city of United Kingdom. Due to his natural role within the family (albeit clashing with Dolly's way of living), he lacked any public history in attending to any scientific manner, not even on a single event, but his interest in space led him to make small but several contributions through essays and scientific theories, although more complicated or complex words were written in credit to his smarter brother Dawkins.
On the other hand, the scientists working under the MALAKAS Project wished to prioritize the muscle growth serum onto its origin, so as to find the way to grow its ingredients or even mass produce the serum. When they learned that the Todeswurm parasite and its venom had no matching genes to anything on Earth, mixed reactions occurred among all scientists present in the project. While some were excited to have such an alien parasite species on Earth, let alone a single area, others felt disappointed as they lacked expertise on space-related fields to conduct on the Todeswurm. The project's supervisor Christopher North sought for a scientist with good knowledge on space, even though it would cost an expensive find for one willing astronomer. However at the time, Dylan had heard about the parasite from space and sent out an opinion piece of his own to express his desire to conduct a study on one.
With some persuasion and suggestions provided by a few reluctant higher-ups within the project, Christopher decided to scout and pick up Dylan. Knowing a little history with the Dalmatians, Chris persuaded his family to let him go to California for few months on account of official recognition to Dylan's past contributions, though he had to upset Dawkins by bringing Dylan alone to the event. So Dolly and Dylan had to remind the young scientist about his work proving
essential to their other siblings, not to mention the fact that Dawkins was too young to join in the special event anyway.
Upon arriving at the mountain base set for the MALAKAS Project, Dylan was shocked and disappointed about the real purpose of the alien parasite, especially using it to allow the city mayor of Santo Tomas an army of his own. Dylan could've technically left the base at that moment, but what made him keep going was the Todeswurm itself, looking too foreign to even match a near similar earwig. Throughout few months he became so curious, that he even allowed scientists to apply the more concentrated form of serum just to see how it worked in comparison to other chemicals. Consequently, he became a Super Soldier much earlier, with a freedom to make his own laser rifles to further another round of different experiments, this time with rocks. As he was given weeks of physical training, Dylan's improvement inspired him to found another field of his own, going from crushing meteorites to even making small explosions with two radioactive rocks.
As Dylan began creating radioactive bombs, spherical glass bombs with two conflicting radioactive rocks, moderate-leveled scientists and higher-ups became increasingly worried. The Dalmatian even resorted to test throw such bombs onto unsuspecting recruits on a weekly basis, causing either a backfire or a direct confrontation, but with Dylan being mostly the winner. Such a series of unprovoked throws prompted the reluctant Chris to deal with Dylan. The Dalmatian had taken him an hour to realize the horrors of this radioactive field, and took himself another week to switch to radiation-clearning methods. However, Dylan remembered coming into the mountain base and threatened to out the project into the public if Chris didn't strengthen the focus on space science, as well as reminding him about officiating his past contributions to that field. Although annoyed and hesitant, Chris relented and requested him to come back in two years, in which Dylan agreed. Chris was also disappointed that Dylan preferred not having a Juggernaut ability, due to the latter's fear of unintentionally scaring or even scarring his young siblings.
A week after being given an honorable discharge and going back to London, Dylan's new body surprised and confused his siblings, while it left Dawkins incredibly suspicious, though Dylan promised to tell him everything, in time.
