Bio:

Rachael had very happy family life in the beginning. She was raised by her parents with love and affection. But that all ended when a drunk driver killed her parents just days after her 10th birthday. After the accident she was sent to live with her aunt who was a captain in the army. Rachael’s life turned to one of being an unloved responsibility for her aunt who rarely had any time for her, and was often more concerned for her career than her niece. Rachael began to act out in school desperate for any kind of attention, her aunt responded with draconian discipline whenever she did notice her niece. After being raised in this harsh and cold environment Rachael put all her hopes of escape into collage. But these hopes where dashed when her aunt refused to give her the money that she should have inherited from her parents, and their life insurance. Instead she was sent to the military; the mockingbird did not respond well to army life and tried to get her inheritance in court. Her efforts where disrupted when she was sent to the Middle East on a combat tour. After her tour she refused to resign with the army and demanded that she be given the inheritance due to her, once again her aunt refused and kicked the girl out of her home saying that she would never get a dime until she had earned it. Her aunt then used her military connections to insure that Rachael would be unable to find work in civilian life. Furious at her aunts deceptions Rachael sneaked into the military base where the aunt was serving and confronted her, a fight broke out between the two. During the fight they stumble into a top secret lab and vial full of a gold liquid broke and poured all over Rachael knocking her unconscious. Later when she awoke in the stockade she found her aunt once again gloating and telling the poor girl her only chance to remain free was to sign a life time commitment to the military or she would be charged with treason. Frustrated and angry beyond belief Rachael screamed; it turned into a sonic blast that blew apart her jail cell and seriously injured her aunt. Rachael then escaped and turned to a life of crime to support herself, and gain revenge against the world that she believes has treated her so unfairly.

Powers: Rachael as Bloody Diva has cybernetic powers which include enhanced strength, a sonic scream attack, and enhanced senses. She also has the ability to hack into computer systems simply by looking at it. More well defended systems she must have physical contact with; no computer system is safe from the Diva.

Personality: Rachael is desperate for attention and loves being in the spotlight. She stages many of her crimes just so she can have maximum media exposure. She cares nothing for anyone else in the world only her own comfort and fame. Rachael also has a near fanatical hatred of any military personal blaming the army for much of personal suffering. She has also constantly hunted for her aunt wanting to gain revenge for the inheritance and childhood she was denied. It is unknown how much the top secret formula has affected her mind.

Crimes: Unlawful computer access, robbery, identity theft. Rachael is wanted for questioning in the disappearance of 10 military personnel. Wanted for destroying of army property, injuring army personnel, and terrorist activities.


Notable Crimes: Bloody Diva was once able to locate the secret New Orleans BOS base and attempted to access the BOS mainframe. Intending to sell the Bureau’s secrets to the top bidder her attack was stopped by Mad Hat. She has since sworn revenge on the crazed crime fighter for ruining what would have been one of the biggest crimes of her career.
