I have to say, you really nailed an important scene here. Namely, that is the introduction of another character. From the pages released a long time ago, we know this is Sally. But taking the new pages on their own, the intro to Scarlet/Sally is exceptionally well done! The other two are deeply involved in a conversation when Scarlet drops into the scene like a boulder. All focus is immediately on her. We immediately know, without any kind of backstory or context that Scarlet is a huge part of this institution, and everyone knows it. You have a great vision for the economy of a scene. You have managed to throw in a lot of story elements within a very small amount of space. It can be a challenging part of writing, and you nailed it! My hat is off to you, good sir.
