Terms of Service
- By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service
- I retain the right to refuse any commission without disclosing the reason.
- I retain the rights to my artwork.

- Payment is upfront
- The payment will include the prices listed, plus the PayPal fees
- Extra charges may be applied if requests for changes are made after approval of the sketch

- Unless there is an exception, you will be put on the back of the queue
- Full refunds are only possible if you request one before I start. If I am sketching or lining, you are entitled to a 50% refund. If I am coloring or shading you are no longer entitled to a refund.
- I retain the right to cancel your commission anytime in the drawing process. In this case, you will always be entitled to a full refund.

- You are allowed to print the artwork on stickers, t-shirts, etc. for personal use
- You are not allowed to print the artwork on items to sell, unless given explicit permission.
- If the artwork is being purchased for commercial use, there will be an upcharge.
- I am allowed to post my art and use it for personal commercial use.
- You are not allowed to edit the commission unless given explicit permission.
- You are not allowed to use the commission for NFT purposes.
