Description: SCP-5400-J is a creature resembling a feathered velociraptor with feathered wings. It is sentient and capable of human speech.

It also claims to be from the exact same dimension as SCP-682. It claims to have beecn sent from that dimension to hunt down 682, and "bring him to justice". It was permitted to terminate 682 but their fight ended in a stalemate.

It was first encountered by MTF [REDACTED] on date ██-██-████. It complied when asked to come with the Mobile task force to containment at site [REDACTED]. It is classified as Thaumiel because it is the polar opposite of 682 as unlike 682, which sees humanity as "disgusting" and wants to destroy us, 5400-J sees humanity as "revered" and sees us as a species worth protecting. Note that chocolate acts like a drug for this entity, similar to the effects on humans given by meth, crack, and cocaine.

Real-life note: SCP-5400-J actually exists, but non-canonically. It is a joke SCP, that is why there is a "-J' at the end of it's designation. The joke is that it is classified and if you attempt to access it, it will just say "Insufficient clearance." I interpret this as you can make this SCP whatever you want. Since it is an "official" SCP, I decided to include classified and redacted data since things were like that with SCP files before Misha came to power.
