Zax: Okay. I think I can explain how this is handled. The American government on all levels provides funding for cities to build specialized schools for students with special needs. Second, more schools, both public and private, are allowing the option for online courses for parents who are concerned about the safety of their children. These simple solutions do address the issues Timmy mentioned.
