This is the Legendary Pokemon known as Mew and whats this? She's wearing GDI Armour.

Mew got infected by Tiberium as she was unaware of the level of toxicity in the air from Red Zone areas as she flew straight through a RED ZONE. Mew is lucky to have gotten out of the RED ZONE with a low level infection but when went to GDI as she knew they wouldn't capture her nor force her into their ranks and she knew they could treat her illness.

Mew was saddened to know that she couldn't be cured but she was glad that GDI had medication to supress the infection. GDI gave Mew body armour and a helmet that will filter the air to prevent further infection. The bag you can see her with is what hold her medication.

GDI gave Mew a helmet with an inbuilt computer, even though Mew doesn't need to use it but its automated and it is only an information system which displays information about items or objects she sees. This is a useful tool as Mew can also be warned on the level of Tiberium Infestation in the area.
