Concept for a character in my webcomic tales of anima. Tales of Anima is a webcomic that is about a game developer dude who gets turned into a female dragon and is thrown into the world of Anima - a land ruled by anthropomorphic animals. She tries to return home and regain her human form but an evil sorcerer bent on destroying a large kingdom wants to use her in her plot because she has turned into a special white dragon that is capable of immense powers.

This character is the emperor of the Akadian Empire. The largest empire in Anima.
