General Description:
Mt. Tingganda Military Base is situated near Mt. Tingganda, just miles away from Santo Tomas, serving as the main operation site for the MALAKAS Project.

About Specific Location:
These barracks commonly serve as sleeping quarters, designated for each group of soldiers. This serves as the very first location for most recruits, and lies on a nearly completely flat mesa to prevent discomfort and maintain an orderly training for every recruit. In the background is the building directly leading into the laboratories built into Mt. Tingganda. Some recruits can take a shot at nighttime.
