General Description:
Mt. Tingganda Military Base is situated near Mt. Tingganda, just miles away from Santo Tomas, serving as the main operation site for the MALAKAS Project.

About Specific Location:
A watchtower usually refers to an often tall structure, quickly erect to allow guards to look over a vast area, as well as providing security among a specific place. Mt. Tingganda Military Base itself is surrounded by four to six active watchtowers, away from the central area, every day and night. It also has dozens more of watchtowers around the area, but they are rather unused and are prone to either vandalism or target practice by recruits.
