General Description:
Brisa Creek is a formerly small town turned into an expansive yet impoverished city, predominantly resided by beavers. The flag of Brisa Creek is royal blue with three green pine cones surrounding the center.

About Specific Location:
An overlook refers to a higher platform or area, similar to a watchtower, watching over a vast area. A main street on the other hand is a focal point where a town or a city becomes a prevalent spot to shop or socialize.

The overlook displayed here is literally above the town hall and a line of manors and mines, only to be nearly under bigger trees, in which some have houses built above. The main street of Brisa Creek also serves as a town proper, albeit packed into a small rectangular block. One of the buildings there is a powerhouse connected into the large dam that powers the whole area of Brisa Creek.
