General Description:
Mt. Tingganda Military Base is situated near Mt. Tingganda, just miles away from Santo Tomas, serving as the main operation site for the MALAKAS Project.

About Specific Location:
The very first workshop Jayheart's is among many small businesses legally owned by recruits. It is founded by a Filipino recruit Jay Heartwing, who enjoys crafting items, mostly weapons. Currently, it is run by his only apprentice Ezra Sabertooth.

However, the MALAKAS Project policy on private entrepreneurship is left with controversy and vagueness that many small businesses at Mt. Tingganda end up either short-lived or bankrupt, mostly due to limited stay of every recruit, with three months at maximum. Not even instructors, who can also own businesses, are allowed to remain at the base longer, only allowed up to a whole year or a line of 12 months.
