Throughout the entirety of Pokémon Violet, my heart did a full 180 on Arven. I despised him right from the get-go because he didn’t like Miraidon… but after playing through the whole game… I see why he hated Miraidon so much. Miraidon was the cause of so much of his suffering. Turo and Sada, his parents? Dead… because of Miraidon and Koraidon respectively. His Mabosstiff? Injured because of a powerful Pokémon, potentially Miraidon. I feel for this man and everything he’s been through.
