My first fursuit project in several years, this suit was a gift for a friend of mine who shares the same near-obsessive love of Timon. This is based off the Disney parks costume, but scaled up so it fits people above 6'. (If you are a tall fursuiter, you know the pain of having a character crush and finding out the max size limit is 5'4" or something.) Timon will be soon traveling to live in the UK, so keep an eye out for him you Brits ;)

Suit is made entirely of velour, with fleece or sheet foam underneath. The haunches are a pair of padded pants, with a tail made of corset boning and 1" thick firm cotton batting sheets that zips to the pants. (Getting the right tail swish was an engineering challenge that took lots of thought and experimentation. Up until the day this debuted I wasn't sure it was going to work, but I'm happy with how it turned out.)
