Week 3's runway theme: Beautiful Nightmare
I decided to base Mara's nightmare look off the Cordyceps fungus, which infects insects and turns them into mindless zombies, eventually forcing them to climb to a high point, latch on, and later die, wherein the fungus then sends out new spores to find more victims. I've thought this stuff was truly creepy ever since learning about it on the Planet Earth series. So this, but make it pretty. lol
