This dude's name was ridicolously long but I forgot most of it. All I do remember is Phia Bagouti, but I'm changing it to Phio.
Confession: I still don't know how to properpy position hats on people's heads, like in this one.
I also remember being really proud of this rollerball drawing and liking it for a long, long time. Actually, I still enjoy it today.

His story was ridicolously edgy, something something MKUltra mind control victim turned into a corporate killer tool, also suffers from partially uncontrollable DID - and yet he looked like this. Teenage me had some funny ideas.
I have means to revive this character into a story better suited.
