In the roleplay, Buccaneer Boone has now rowed away from the saloon in New Port-leans and had warned Bailey to stay silent and do as he says, otherwise he'll have to tie his limbs to keep it that way, determined to get as far away from Blackbear as possible. For Boone, he has to act tough and hard with Bailey because he believes it's the only way to make him listen as they make their way to safety where Blackbear cannot find them. For a while, Bailey is quiet and cooperative until he thinks that he hears Brandon somewhere in the saloon and starts to say his name twice, first time soft and the second getting louder that in Bailey's combined fear and excitement, he is still unsure if Boone can be trusted, especially since the supposed WANTED pirate grabs him as he starts to bind his hands and feet, even tying his beak to keep him quiet as a final warning that Bailey left him no choice, finding him feisty and stubborn. He stays that way on the boat ride over to Dead Bog, where Boone had been taking every buzzard civilian all along, doing the wrong thing for the right reasons and will later tell Bailey that once they get where they need to, he must promise never to come back to New Port-leans as long as Blackbear is around.
