It's borosilicate glass, a glass that resists better when it cool down. but you still have to keep the glass warm in the flame, i melt a lot of glass and it creates tensions so you need to anneal in an oven at 550°C for about 1~2h.
The most hard thing , its when i start a glass piece like this ,i can't stop , so i do it in one time.
