Graham had been snooping around the empty contest hall and found a nice bow someone had left behind. He thought it looked pretty and decided to try it on, but it didn't take long for said bow to start emitting a strange pink glow that would change him into a female performance Pikachu wearing some girly costume. She's pretty flustered about all this but perhaps she could get some extra cash for an antidote by performing to other Pokèmon. Might be worth a shot.
