the smaller 4x 36 led array I got on my desk that is bright, now think of 5 of these larger panels (Each panel wil hold 312 leds)

Cool and I got a question for you I have the E-flite RV9 450 RC plane how would I install Led's in the wing for the strobes and nave lights and how can I make them work with my JR6102 radio?

not sure on radio frequency use *so you could turn on by control* but there is ways to strobe LEDs with a simple microcontroller, a lot of schematics are online

Dude there is alot of stuff you can do with an Arduino, keep and eye on Hackaday.com they report many projects with the Arduino

yep yep >_< sucks no? have you tried that cold heat gun? it works on light weight stuff like that pretty easy and no finger burns.

still i like how fast that thing heats up little stuff not good for medium/heavy stuff but its quick fork on stuff like that :3 zap solder zap solder etc :3

wish you could give a play by play type text file describing how you put it together, what parts you used and where you place them, etc. Basically tell us how to put one together.

its really simple, I run a series of voltage lines, offthose lines I run the parallel ciruits of leds. # leds going pos neg to pos neg topos neg, then after I connect to a 330 ohm ressistor *orange orange brown* then conect that back to the negative line. THe voltage is 12volts but since I am running a bunch of LEDS I am using a PC power supply to cover the watt usage.

sure it would but I am building something to replace these 220 volt power hungry ballasts for this flourescent fixture, got 3 rows on the board now VERY bright
