Voice: Generally whatever sounds the most pleasant to those who hear him, but the base voice is a Brazilian accent(Take a wild guess as to why)

Abilities: Nigh omnipresence and omniscient, he can be almost anywhere he wants to be at any given time, especially if he has a job to do there. This is paired with his Life and Death sense, allowing him to sense the strongest focal points of both, and allowing him to arrive for impending death. He also possesses the authority to curse anyone with death if they have unnaturally cheated it or have outright earned his anger, and this mark of Death can bypass any magical or supernatural protections, the marked individual will die.

Weaknesses: Azrael does not seem to possess any usual weaknesses. His body can be destroyed, delaying him for a time, but as a primordial force, he is bound to return eventually.

Personality: He embodies the melancholy of Death as someone who has a job to do and does it, even if he dislikes certain aspects of it. Not an assassin who specifically kills. But at the same time, Azrael is someone who finds joy in the cycle of life and death, especially since he can make friends on both sides. He's also inherited his mother's love for baby toucans.

Background: Azrael, son of the personifications of Life and Death. He is a primordial force that operates with the souls of those who are neutral or unaffiliated with any particular religion. But he also consorts with the living, finding joy in how they celebrate life. But to those who know him, who have heard his whistle, they know to fear it or expect that it may be in the wake of a life lost.

Or he's just whistling because he's happy. Azrael is an oddball like that, even for a primordial entity.
