This is Denali. I've been following Denali's Blog (http://wildponybeast.blogspot.com/) for... quite a while now. Denali is an off-the-track-Thoroughbred (OTTB), rescued from an auction in 2008.

Sadly, Denali is not going to be on this Earth for much longer. She has Equine Protozoal Myeloencephalitis (EPM) (http://horses.about.com/od/diseases...../epmhoirse.htm), and has been falling more and more. She's also injured herself several times because of these falls.

So, this is a little tribute to her...
