He looks kind of wet like he has done a scuba entry or something I don't know if this is me being stupid but when you look at it full screened Ace does look drenched and he also has the mask as well I know it's probably for protection but you can't deny it does look like has has dived with his dive gear to do a suprise recon attack on some governmental troops/ patriots.

Heh well it was not my intention at all to be honest, this is a small sketch I doodled in one of my art school notebooks if I remember correctly, and the main idea was just that Ace was basically shooting at some cops at close quarters, swapping from his smg to his shotgun for better results. So no, he was definitely not scuba diving, and if he had been anyway he'd have proper gear :p
