Hart McArthur The IV, the mad scientist deer. Renowned for his intellect, he strives to create fighters not bound by natural limitations. He modifies his subjects, including himself leading to his eyes and sharp teeth. The latter causing rumors that he might be a vampire.

While he may be a bit of a brainy type, he is by no means a weakling in battle. Hart tends to let his underlings handle the brawny work, he will throw down when necessary. Hart also has a bit of a an obsession with the gothic and macabre.
