You see, in short Ratatat is tricked into traveling to a new city where he will face a great mental enemy, who will test him not because he is a villain, but because he wants to understand what Ratatat is (in the city there is no super heroes). The antagonist will keep Ratatat captured by testing him to determine whether or not he is a danger to the city.
The rest of the story would be about how Ratatat evolves to stop being so cocky and become more mature, while looking for a way to return to Bacon City. It would also show how the antihero evolves to become a better person, and probably with a final battle against a villain who would be evil and not an antihero.
