Janus Culsans Aeromorph.
He was originally two separate North American P-51 Mustang aircraft, named Cullen MacCrae and Santiago Rodriguez, after both of them were wounded in action, they both independently volunteered for an experiment that might restore their ability to fly and fight again.
The experiment was a success, but it did result in them being combined into one being, An Aeromorph.
