These are the official logos for Gaypardo and the Yesteryears.
I've struggled with a proper logo for the series for the longest time. I wanted something that would look fun, but also elegant, with each part complementing the other, but with a focus on "fun" rather than finesse.
It took me more than 20 iterations to get to this one, but I'm confident this is the look and feel I wanted for the logo of the series all along. It feels like it belongs to Gaypardo and expresses its ideas rather well.
Aracê is there only for added clarity, so readers can immediately know which iteration of the comic they're currently experiencing, but the logo works well without the cheetah too.
This is the first full vector logo for the series as well. All the previous ones were only mockups, and thus not truly scalable.
Not that we're going to start a merch series or anything, but I mean more in the sense of being professional and pulling all the stops while making it. It would be cool to have Gaypardo merch, but at the moment it's just pointless to make. Maybe one day when Gaypardo is a cultural staple. :-}
Season 5 will be starting soon. Hope you all enjoy~

D'awwwww, I love grumpy adult Arace, though I'll always treasure kitten Arace. x3 Good call on adding a specific cheetah so people know right away which part of Arace's life they're on.
It's really amazing how this series' logo has changed over the years. I really like what you came up, very fitting for the overall theme!

It's been a journey, that's for sure. The range of the comic is so broad, it felt hard coming up with a visual identity that fit the theme well and still looked nice, but I think this one does it!
Glad you like the lovely cheetahs. Zodd surely has done an outstanding job; he can pull off grump and cute extremely well! 😸
