I go hard when I redraw characters I already did before so I get to include all of the new tricks and techniques to make them look better than ever before but this was also a commissioned work. A commission of smth which can work as a pc background no less so I needed to put more effort into it so the two factors mashes together and I totally went a bit overboard haha. Took a while but was worth it!
Good luck deciphering the symbolism here, all I will say is that the visual of one symbol becoming another in a spiral movement is very on purpose. If ya are interested in this, I will tell more to the questions in the comments!
