Recently started messing with Rebelle 5 to decide whether or not I want to buy it.
I did a few studies, including this one, to try and see if I could replicate a workflow similar to anime matte background paintings (which generally used a diluted layer of poster colors to lay down a wash and then painting a thicker layer on top to refine & detail).
