RULES AND QUERIES

What I will not draw
Baby or underaged characters, of ANY kind, in any fetish work. I only accept 18+ characters for fetish material. I will also not accept underaged characters for SFW pieces if the characters have been in NSFW scenarios before.

This list is likely to grow as time goes on as there are many different kinks and I probably missed a few. If you're unsure, just ask and I'll let you know!

Payment methods

Currently paypal only.
You will only pay during the simple sketch phase of your image. Once you have agreed on a commission, I will draw you a simple sketch of what it will look like. When you are happy with the sketch I have given you, I will continue on once payment has been collected. You CANNOT then ask for any major changes, as I have no intentions of working on a big piece just for a client to decide they want something completely different by the end. You have to tell me on the simple sketch phase if you are unhappy. If by the end there are minor changes you want fixed, feel free to tell me. But I will not completely change a pose, character or entire scenario after payment.

Tips

Absolutely do NOT send any tips whatsoever. You pay the required amount and that is it. Tips will result in major complications between the two of us.

What constitutes "additional characters"

This means fully fledged characters with a design, personality and character that have full interaction with the scenario at hand. Characters of non-importance such as background characters do not cost extra. If you are unsure, feel free to ask!

The Little Devils, machinery, vines, tentacles etc do not count as additional characters.

Using my characters

The characters of mine you see on this page are absolutely fine to use in your commission idea. However, there is a specific rule that has to be followed:

You cannot change their personalities to fit your needs.
If there's one thing I always strive for, it's character integrity. For example, Jessica is 0% dominant in any relationship, so asking for an image where she's a dominatrix will never happen.
And remember, you are limited to characters of mine uploaded onto this account.
Hypnotism in order to worm your way passed this restriction will be rejected.

Using other people's characters

Due to rampant abuse and difficulty to follow the rules, there will now be an ultimatum:

If you desire to use another person's character, they will be required to send me a note (either dA or FA) or message me on Telegram or Discord (if on Discord, I will desire their username, I will get permission, then immediately remove them from Discord as I don't imagine they want to talk to me).

If you CANNOT get the individual in question to message me within 2-3 days, your commission is instantly cancelled, and you will not get another opportunity to ask for the same commission for 6 months. While I do understand some people are busy, if you asked the original creator for permission yourself, they should be more than able to provide me with their permission as well.

I have had issues in the past with commissioners telling me they had full permission when in reality they did not. And now people are even trying to worm their way around the new rules. So, either get me permission immediately or do not bother me. It really isn't hard.

Posting/sharing the image

As this image is for you, you are free to distribute it into your own galleries.
There are the rules on my frontpage where I do not want images in my gallery posted elsewhere. This does not apply to commissions involving your characters, you are free to post them wherever!
While I may upload commissions I've done into my own gallery, that doesn't mean you cannot upload the same image into your own. However, I may choose to not upload a commission I've done if I feel it doesn't suit the gallery. I may also choose to not have my name applied to the commission you got depending on the subject matter.
If you are posting my commissions elsewhere, I would love to be informed about it!

Pricing

The price of a commission may vary depending on what is discussed. But the basic prices you see here are static and will not alter. Any attempt to reduce the price will result in you losing the commission.

Delays

If you haven't received a sketch yet and nothing has happened on this page for two weeks: Feel free to check up on me to see what's happening if I haven't reported anything. But this only applies if I have had no activity. Do not ask me about it if other things are being uploaded or I'm posting statuses. I will get to your commission.

If you haven't received a sketch for a month or longer: Depending on the size of the commission queue, there shouldn't be any reason for this. Feel free to kick me up the arse in the off chance I've forgotten.

If you have received a sketch and paid, but received nothing for two weeks: Please feel free to contact me. If important life events get in the way I will usually declare them on the page. But if I've sketched it out, that means it should be finished in less than a fortnight.

Also, please take into consideration I am a person, with a life and a job outside of this. Delays can happen, do not get angry (unless it's an extremely long time but that shouldn't happen). If you pester me frequently, I will likely refund you if you have paid and you won't be getting the chance to commission again.

I will also state this: Please keep your note to the point and only discuss commission related topics! I need to keep things organized so I don't lose anything, and if the note starts to go on a detour or you decide to ask questions one note at a time instead of all at once, then I may reject it. I don't want to be lingering, waiting for an agreement to be made about a week and 60 notes later.
