This cute young fella is Tommy, brother of Officer Razor. He's a happy little guy who's a big fan of Sonic and especially Tails. Like Chet, he's part of the "townspeople" category of my fancharacters. He's such a pure hearted kid, he can even see good in the likes of Kosmo.
