FA is pretty oldschool with it's layout, but you'll get the hang of it quickly I am sure!

Didn't want to leave this piece neglected, so I'll say a few things about it.

I'm not a big fan of Pokemon creature designs, but millions of people are, and I respect that passion in others.
That said, I do love how dynamic you've made both characters here, and how much bodily depth and motion is implied the alignment of Talonflame's wings. Getting bird wings right is one of the most difficult tasks that an animal artist may face and shoulder triangle/trapeze, and the relative twist of those feathers is just perfect there.

I also very much enjoy the unobtrusive gradients you used for shading and coloring here.

Cleaver of you to incorporate the Talonflame into your banner in a way that it would let it escape getting stamped over by those awful banners.
