Bio: Chizu is the middle child of Redblur and Chi-Chi. While he may lack in powers and abilities he makes it up for his pure heart and innocent problem-solving skills. He also tries to stay in shape so he can work to protect his family and friends from dangerous foes that may attack. Not only that but despite all the odds that are against him, he's somehow managed to outsmart his foes. Is it due to his luck, or is it due to his "never give up" attitude? Or maybe he's actually stronger than Chizu thinks he is.

Personality: Playful, pure heart, helpful, loyal

Powers
Kamehameha: A powerful Ki blast fired with two hands after concentrating a large amount of Ki.

Power Slugger: Fires a yellow spinning energy blast that has the shape of a blade.

Kiai: Affects the air currents around him with ki to produce powerful shockwaves to strike the opponent.

Fireball: Throws a fireball that bounces along the ground.

Monkey Net: Swinging a special kind of net that captures anything upon contact and sometimes sends them someplace else.

Spin Dash: Rolls forward at high speed. Can be charged, redirected, and linked to other attacks.
