There's a bit in Metroid Prime where Samus has to get into a Chozo statue's hands in Morph Ball form, after which the statue rolls her across the floor like a bowling ball to get her to a place she couldn't otherwise reach.
I don't know why, but I feel as if a Batroid version of that scene would be hilarious to see.
