It can't be a coincidence. What if the lizard is a nomad and knows that Troy is a vagabond? What if she found interest in him since he was at the inn that she managed?

Well, subtlety isn't really a strength of mine. It's probably a bit obvious that there's something more to the lizard than meets the eye and that she knows a bit more than she's telling. Unfortunately, Troy's just incapable of putting two and two together.

Do you love writing about Troy?

After giving the question a bit of thought: I'm really not sure.

The thing about Troy is that his shorts are all very loosely connected (which I do plan to go back and secure a bit better later) as the character himself is just some wanderer without any ambition beyond walking forward.

Ultimately: he's just easy to write with but I want to be able to write something fun and interesting and I'm not sure if Troy is really the best for that. He's great for practice, but as a character he doesn't really have depth.
