Pepper is a Blue Spotted Salamander character that I created for a group on Deviantart called the "Feral Project".

He is my (seriously) first official anthromorphic "furry" character. so yeah, no making fun of Mizu if he somehow fucked it up.

I was inspired by Onta, really...
ANYWAY, here is Pepper. He's cute. lD
He was experimented on as a human until he wound up like this. He was tortured with experimental purpose since he was about 7, and he's 14 here, at full transformation. His garb is scant, but if you were being held prisoner, you probably wouldn't have more than a potato sack either.

That in his hands is a crowbar that he found when he finally broke out. He uses to club attackers (animals and humans alike).
