o.o still continuing a tradition of birthday presents for Chris (this guy :icontdraic-oh wait, new account ...  tents-on-fire ). i tend to struggle with what to do, ^^; but this literally came to me in a dream like a week ago ...

o_o no really, it did. o.o it involved thicc Quartzmons for some reason ... and 3 looked like something out of Touhou. o_o dreams, am i right? o3o;; i don't even like Touhou! ^^; but yeah ... o.o then it hit me. one of them was Bongon (this thing https://popkas.tumblr.com/post/9498.....d-tail-gimmick ) ... and it's what replaced Aipom, o3o so i thought of Annabelle (drew her before here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/40462518/ ) and the rest was history. i just had to make what was basically a Cornian Annabelle ... o_o well, im not entirely sure, actually. i'd say she could be a Hordean Annabelle (Horde's said to be a region in the same continent as Corna) but the Safari Zone specifies that the pokes aren't native to either of the 2 (her kind can be found in the place) ... and i know she ain't Garnean (Garna's the region in Marble). could also be from the Island of Zoe (unspecified area that was mentioned offhand somewhere in the rival's room), but again, not entirely sure. o.o a region's never specified in the Quartzverse and so little is known about the others. ^^; but for fewer headaches, let's just stick with Corna

^^; though it was initially a bit awkward trying to turn her into a Quartzmon. o.o for one thing, Bongon itself looks super basic (especially the face). o3o but it's literally a bongo playing monkey (actual dex entry verbatim: The DRUMMER POKéMON. BONGON is pure rithm. When he finds a log, a stone, the belly of a POKéMON, or anything else, this POKéMON starts to play it as a drum. When he's not playing, is nervous) so it was actually pretty easy to translate Annabelle's playfulness there....... o3o also, a giant purple ass was mandatory, so yeah. ^^; also had to add some broken english and the stereotypical mischievous spanish laugh because, again, this is Quartz

o.o the funny writing there? that's Old Cornian. ^^; Baro made his own ancient alphabet and i just thought it'd be a nice touch. o.o it literally just translates to "Annabelle". ^^; i'd send a link, but there isn't a video or pic that just has those letters and their translations. o.o some guy in Reddit did draw them, but really poorly ... o3o and another guy made it a font, -3- but that requires registering at FontStruct. ^^; that's all i got ...
