Please Help Me!
Ugh! So, this was going to be a page in the coloring book, but I am hesitant. In the book, there is a picture of the Sweet Shoppe uniform, both the staff and the manager. …so, this is the uniform for Brandy’s Place. Now, I checked the internet at various images that have characters wearing two piece suits like bathing suits and there are coloring pages with girls in bikinis, so they show more than Brandy’s girls. …still, I can’t help but worry that this image will offend some parents if their little girls/boys have this in their coloring book. So…what do I do? Should I leave it in, take it out, keep it in but edit it, what should I do?!!! *cries*

First off, you KNOW I adore your art, and on a Personal level I think this is stinking adorable!
However, if I were to view this as an image I might find in Lacie's coloring book ... I'd definitely have a raised brow, and feel like I should check the rest of the book to make sure it's actually safe/meant for kids lol. If this were meant for an Adult coloring book, it's perfect as is and sooooo cute! However, since it sounds like you're hoping to generate sales through the purchase of this book for children as well ... I feel a few things could be changed.
If it were me, here would be what I would consider doing ...
The top: If you're going for a swim-suit look, maybe remove the turned collars and give it basic straps. If you're going for a uniform look, cover up the cleavage a bit more. I feel that's a bit too exposed for a child to see as appropriate uniform attire.
The bottom: As a swimsuit, they're perfect as is :) No need to change them. As part of a uniform, again ... for an Adult only based coloring book, it'd be fine as is, but for children, I wouldn't want my child to think this is appropriate.
From a strictly adultm fan POV: it's great! No changes needed.
From a strictly parent POV: A few minor tweaks and it would be adorable for your coloring book!
In the end, it's your coloring book, your characters and your designs. But the fact you're already hesitant to use it should also be taken into consideration about whether or not some changes might be in order <3

Life experience has shown me that there is no way to please someone who assumes malevolent intentions of others. There's always someone who is going to get bent out of shape!
Personally, I think she looks fine! However, I also believe in trusting one's gut. A sleeveless crop top might be better, since it removes emphasis on her cleavage.
I'm also quietly grumping that some people believe that women's bodies are seen as inherintly sexual and should be covered up.

I recall reading comments by one of the artists who illustrate the "Thea Sisters" series of books. The drew a cover featuring the main characters surfing, and several of them were drawn wearing bikinis. The editor, however, felt that was a bit too suggestive for kids so the artist changed the outfits to one-piece swimsuits (an easy fix).
If you're concerned for the same reasons, then perhaps the same solution would work for you, i.e., just cover the bare midriff.

Hmm...the artwork itself is really good. The outfit, though...I can see where that can present a problem. I think the little bit of cleavage can cause a rift. Maybe turn the top into a less revealing cropped polo top and add a little bit of length to the shorts. Some on here have suggested a onesie, which wouldn't be a bad idea for this instance only.
I'd say leave it in. It reminds me of the 1950s styles of bikinis, so it has a bit of a classical look. Plus, there will always people who get offended and butthurt over everything, so it's impossible and pointless to please everybody. If somebody doesn't like it they don't have to buy it, and they can take that page out if they've already bought it. I can see absolutely nothing offensive about this picture regardless of whether little kids would be coloring it in.
I don't see a problem with it. The bits are covered, she's not in a suggestive pose or anything that could be remotely considered as sexual in my opinion. And it's the kind of two piece suit that any child would see regularly on series and movies.
If I didn't know it was a uniform, I could think that she is actually a model showing off the new bikini at a fashion show, and she's walking on the catwalk or whatever it is called.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that picture, it's lovely and absolutely adorable! I can see your dilemma however, so here is my couple of pennies.

Hee, sorry, I had to >^_^< Anyways, yeah, for one, it's sad but true; you will never be able to please everyone, so no matter what you do, there will always be someone who wil get butthurt over how this picture looks in a coloring book. You could edit it to cover her up a little more, but I advice against that. This is YOUR character, and this is a specific uniform you designed for her in-story workplace, so that should stay just the way it is and not break canon. If you're too nervous about possible backlash, then I would advice to omit the picture entirely rather than edit it, because you should NOT, never change anything you have designed for a specific reason just to please a handful of prude victorian idiots.
Personally, I think you can more than safely add this picture to your coloring book just as it is. For one; look at Disney coloring books and see just how uncovered some characters are, specifically ones like little mermaid Ariel. For another and following up on that; yes, even in kiddie coloring books Ariel looks like that because everyone knows she is supposed to look like that. The same goes for this; most people who will buy the coloring book will buy it because they know it's your art, they know it's characters from your stories, so they know what most if not all the characters are supposed to look like because they are familiar with the characters.
*offers a warm floofy catloafhuggle*
Now, please stop crying and fretting; you'll be absolutely fine. Your art, even with the characters that have no clothing whatsoever, has always been, is, and will always be totally adorable and wholesome and not in any way suggestively sexual unless you specifically design it to be in rare cases, and even in those cases it's still totally adorable and wholesome. So I have no doubt whatsoever that you will be absolutely fine and the coloring book will be greatly received once you release it even with this picture in it just as it is right now >^_^<

Wow! This is a nice little outfit and honestly this doesn't look indecent at all to me! I suppose, the way American censorship works, if you reduce her amount of cleavage? That might make some people feel better.
I mean this is no racier than Daisy Duke. But in the present day cleavage is evil.
You could also try making the halter top lower, showing much less midriff?
