Pych profiles suggest she is unstable and lacks dedication. Her moral code causes issues during training but in live firefights she seems to switch to the training often lacking any memories of the battle itself. The halo unit was successfully installed in case she needed to be terminated [halo unit: a small ring implanted into the back of the spine that sends a shock through the spinal cord and destroys neural pathways in the brain rendering the target brain dead]. Eve is currently an active field agent, her skills are too valuable to terminate the agent (yet).

[Ghost White] Patches Nobody
No one is quite sure where he comes from or what his full background is. He showed signs of resisting the training and shows signs of mental instability. During forced REM state of training it was recorded he opened his eyes and asked the technician for a glass of warm milk. Halo unit was installed but stopped responding. Due to his apparent resistance or allergy to all known sedatives we are unable to replace or repair the halo unit. Ghost Green has been given a code word to execute Ghost White without hesitation.
