This is a temp plate I was shown by my a very good friend. Here is the link to where you can find it. http://ppzp.weebly.com/freebies--tutorials.html This is to show my fursona's new markings and color patterns but not what he is or his over all shape and style. I am up loading him for my perpose and use and I am tired not having something to refrence him.

Aw =3 The tribal markings, black and red color scheme...it's all overdone, but I quite like this one. He's not COVERED in intricate tribal markings that seem to change with every picture...And the ones that are there are symmetrical, which makes it easier for the artist.
The only problem I see is his legs. The tribal marking on his calves/shins is for the most part unclear. I can see what the marking itself is but not quite where it goes. On the front shot it seems only to be on one leg, presumably because his other leg is turned..
The second, right side angle shows what the marking itself looks like but the lowest tip goes to his foot behind his toe whereas in the front shot it goes just above, around where his "ankle" would be. The back shot shows the same as the side, except for the fact that his left leg, the marking is lower than on his right leg, indicated by the position of the swirl, seeing as though the swirl seems to be more or less the "base" of the marking.
The only other thing I would suggest is to make a closeup of the marking on his ears. It's a little hard to see =3
I really like the marking on his back XD

Thank you for your interest in makings and this referance picture. I first have to point out he is not black it's more of a gun metal grey with a light grey accents. I chose my tribals carefully not to change him over all and to accent him to give him more of charator over all. It was the only type of marking that fit him well.
Thank you for pointing out the makings on his legs. The front view is a bit of a over site and I will fix it. The back view of the marking is because he is shifted on one leg so it's more of a opitical alushen of the placement. Thank you for sugguesting to place a bigger view of it so it is clearer.
I am also very happy with his make markings.
